Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at YumCha.ee. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to enjoy your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns on non-perishable, unused, and unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g. order number or invoice) must be provided.

  • You must notify us via email at hello@yumcha.ee within 14 days of delivery.

Please note: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for food and drink products (e.g. matcha, toppings, boba tea kits) once opened.


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Email us at hello@yumcha.ee within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Include photos of the item(s), packaging, and a description of the issue.

We’ll either resend the correct item or issue a refund, depending on availability and your preference.


4. Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods that have been opened

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards


5. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
