Our name, YumCha, is a playful and meaningful representation of what we stand for. In Cantonese culture, YumCha traditionally refers to enjoying tea and dim sum with friends and family. Breaking it down further, ‘Yum’ (飲) means ‘to drink,’ and ‘Cha’ (茶) means ‘tea.’ In English, ‘Yum’ also captures the deliciousness of the experience we aim to deliver.
‘荏’, in our logo, is also pronounced as ‘Yum’, which signifies the passage of time and cherishing the present moment. Through YumCha, we invite you to slow down, savor each sip, and create lasting memories with loved ones.
